We have recently came back from an IIC in Tralee in County Kerry in Ireland, taken by Grandmasters Bos, Marano and Tratjenberg. We all had a fantastic time and learnt more than we have in a while. Nearly every part of our bodies were sore. There is another IIC on September in Benidorm, so we're hoping to get some interest in that.
We would like to thank our Irish hosts for making us all so welcome, from colour belts right up to Masters.
